Fondazione per la Ricerca Farmacologica Gianni Benzi Onlus and the Post-graduate Master in Regulatory Science “Gianni Benzi” of the University of Pavia, in collaboration with Istituti Clinici Scientifici Maugeri and SIAR (Società Italiana Attività Regolatorie), are organizing the Foresight Training Course “Change in Regulatory Sciences in the EU – How to move from a reactive to a multi-stakeholders proactive attitude” on October 25-27, 2018 in Pavia (Italy).
This 11th edition is focused on the challenge to align scientific and patients’ objectives with regulatory requirements along the whole developmental process of health products. All the stakeholders are involved in this challenge, because they should be aware of the criteria by which the authorisation and access to products will be measured and granted an approval to cover patients’ specific needs.
Key opinion leaders and experts coming from all over Europe will tackle three main topics: health data supporting medicines and healthcare, also in the light of the GDPR; the new era of medical devices in Europe; rare diseases and Orphan Medicinal Product Regulation.

The XI Foresight Training Course is aimed at involving and networking people to properly understand the many novelties of the EU system and contributing to their implementation to anticipate on the market good medicines and other products for human health and wellbeing.
