The third conference “TRANSLATIONAL MEDICINE 2017” organized every two years by EATRIS (European infrastructure for translational medicine) will be held in  Prague on September 24^th-26^th, 2017 and will focus on “Enhancing Predictivity in Medicines Development”.

The event will bring together a wide range of experts in translational research by pharma industry, academia, research funders to discuss innovative approaches in drug development from novel in-vitro systems to new biomarkers or clinical trial methodology for patient selection and stratification.

The main conference, on September 25th and 26th, will be organized in 3 plenary sessions:

• Session 1: The Funder, Developer and Regulator as Partners in Innovation
• Session 2: Novel approaches in clinical development
• Session 3: Developing more predictive preclinical tools to better reach proof of concept

A pre-conference day, on Sunday, September 24, will be dedicated to educational workshops about molecular imaging, biomarker validation or potency assays for Advanced Therapies Medicinal Products (ATMPs) and vaccines and much more. Please note that participation is limited to 25 persons per workshop.
