At CVBF, we recently concluded our team building event in Bari, celebrating also a significant milestone in the organization’s journey of fostering clinical research excellence. The gathering served as a platform for celebrating past achievements while setting bold targets for the future, reflecting the organization’s trajectory of growth.

In a demonstration of continued expansion and commitment to our mission, CVBF has announced a substantial investment of €200,000 in research grants and fellowships for the current year. We facilitate and accelerate the development of medical products through clinical and translational research to cover unmet needs like those in paediatric and rare diseases. This strategic allocation reflects the organization’s dedication to expanding its research capabilities and maintaining its position at the forefront of clinical innovation, while supporting its growing operational footprint.

Looking ahead, we have already scheduled our next team building event, which will take place in Tirana at the beginning of September 2025. The choice of location holds special significance as it coincides with two remarkable milestones: CVBF’s 25th anniversary and the 10th anniversary of CVBF Albania’s establishment – achievements that highlight the organization’s successful growth strategy and international expansion.

These regular gatherings have become a cherished tradition within CVBF, playing a crucial role in fostering collaboration and strengthening team synergy as the organization continues to expand. The consistent success of these events demonstrates their value in aligning team efforts and driving outstanding results across the growing organization.
