The Rare Disease Award was born from an idea of Koncept and UNIAMO to support projects and initiatives promoting improvements in the “quality of life” (QoL) of people with rare diseases and rare cancers.
“Patients love those who love them and reward them” is the motto for this year campaign that underlines the strong connection between the award recipients and the rare community that recognizes the critical value of projects carried out to significantly ameliorate their QoLs.
The Rare Diseases Award has three different categories: Services, Communication and Co-Creation. It is targeting to startups, companies, research centers, universities, advocacy groups, patient associations, health professionals, hospital networks.
Participation is completely free.
Interested subjects can apply by September 6th here: www.forumsistemasalute.it
