Bonka Georgieva, CVBF’s Project Manager, presented at the “ERICA & EJP RD Joint Conference” held in Amsterdam. The event served as a platform for advancing coordination and support in rare disease research.

CVBF, in collaboration with EATRIS, leads Task 19.1: Accelerating Translation. The Innovation Management Toolbox (IMT), developed under Subtask 19.1.1, stands as a testament to CVBF’s dedication to driving innovation and translation in the rare disease landscape.

During the conference, on 21 November 2023, Bonka Georgieva, a member of the Work Package 19 (WP19) team and the IMT Curation team, co-presented “Developed Tools for Rare Disease Researchers” with Adriana Planinić from CCRI. Bonka’s focus was on the IMT, highlighting its role in advancing rare disease research, while Adriana Planinić showcased the services offered by ERICA and the webinars conducted within WP5 of the ERICA project.

The conference, hosted at Amsterdam UMC, provided a setting for knowledge exchange and collaboration among experts.
